The 2025 World Championship for Stock Rods will be held at the United Downs Raceway, St Day on Saturday 27 September.
Scottish ace Cameron Doak is the reigning World Champion, and he will be looking to emulate his compatriot David Philp Jnr, who made a successful defence of the World title when it was last contested at the United Downs Raceway in the summer of 2022.
Doak has already made successful westcountry raids, landing the ORC Championship at Smeatharpe in 2022, and winning the National Championship at Smeatharpe in 2024.
Besides the Scottish star, 2023 World Champion Samuel Montgomery is expected to head the Northern Irish challenge, whilst westcountry hopes will lie with the likes of European Champion Callum Hosie, English Champion Callum Faulconbridge and former British Champion Justin Washer.
