Autospeed would like to thank the family of the late Bill Batten, for their support of this meeting. A further full tribute event will be staged in season 2023.
This meeting is the 500th for BriSCA F2 Stock Cars at Smeatharpe.  Bill Batten is comfortably the leading final winner from those meetings held at the circuit since its inception in 1974.  There is no meeting more fitting this season at Smeatharpe, to be dedicated to Bill.
£1 from ever Admission at this meeting, will be donated to the BriSCA F2 Stock Car Benevolent Fund.
Thanks to some generous sponsorship, there will be £500 prize money for the winner of the meeting final, and £167 prize money for the winner of each of the night's other races.
