This is a polite filming notice to inform all drivers and spectators that filming will be taking place on the following dates:

Sunday 17th April - United Downs Raceway
Monday 18th April - Smeatharpe Stadium
Monday 2nd May - Smeatharpe Stadium

This filming will be for a University of Salford student documentary, covering the oval racing community, with particular focus on the Ministox formula. By entering the venues during race day you are automatically consenting to incidentally appearing in the production in the crowds or background of shots.

Members of the production team will be wearing hi-viz and will be carrying equipment throughout the days, so if you have any questions or concerns feel free to either approach a crew member or reach out via the following email: A.Vincent1@edu.salford.ac.uk.
