The We Are England series on BBC, will feature the United Downs Raceway on Wednesday 23 February.

This was originally intended to be broadcast at 7.30pm, but will now be half an hour later at 8.00pm.

Filmed in late summer 2021, the sense of belonging to a community is a salient feature of the documentary.

There will be race action, footage from the United Downs Raceway, St Day and interviews with members of the Stock Car & Banger racing community, as they continue their campaign to save the Raceway.
