The very first race date with Autospeed in 2025 will be headlined by the National Bangers Championship of the World Wild Card. The meeting will also include National Micro Bangers and an early start to the season for the young racers in the Ministox and the BriSCA Micro F2s.

Just four months on from 362 Johnny James landing top honours in the Judgement Day fixture, unlimited cc National Bangers will again feature at the United Downs Raceway. It was 27 October 2024 when the big cars were last at St Day, and that proved a highly successful day for the James family, as 562 Jayden James claimed the coveted Captain Birdseye Trophy.
The opening race of the day for the big cars will be a Wild Card event, whereby the winner of the race will earn a seeded entry in the Championship of the World at Smeatharpe - more information will follow.
Two years ago, 246 Ryan Sparks was the winner of the corresponding Wild Card event, whilst 739 Jason Moore was victorious at the start of the 2024 season.
