On This Day - 20th May

On this day in 1977, BriSCA F2 Stock Cars made what was to be their one and only appearance of the season at Reading.  Having first raced there at the tail end of 1976, a small number of fixtures were planned for the following season, but ultimately, the F2s only got to race this one Friday night fixture, which saw 547 Brian Taylor take the honours in the meeting final.
