40 Years On

Former star grade BriSCA F2 Stock Car racer, Mike Nancekivell (ex-553) was a very special guest at the United Downs Raceway, St Day on Sunday 12 October.  Forty years ago, Nancekivell won the Old Motor Cycle Club Trophy at the now defunct Cornish Stadium, St Austell.

So, it was therefore most appropriate for him to be invited to St Day, to oversee the presentation of the trophy, which was won this year by 676 Neil Hooper - son of Garry Hooper, who Mike Nancekivell used to race alongside for many years.
