2018 Autospeed Licences

Here are some guidance notes for drivers, in relation to 2018 Autospeed licences.

In all instances drivers should be aware that, to take advantage of the discounted licence fee, paperwork (form, fee and photos) must be returned by 31 December.

Stock Rods
End of Season information and 2018 licence forms were circulated during the week commencing 4 December 2017.
It is very much in order for licence paperwork to be handed in to the Pit Office at Smeatharpe on 27 December.  To assist, please ensure the form, fee and photos are handed in, in a sealed envelope.

Ministox
End of Season information and 2018 licence forms were circulated during the week commencing 4 December 2017.
Drivers aiming to race at Birmingham on 1 January who therefore wish to collect their 2018 licence from the Pit Office at Smeatharpe on 27 December, must return their paperwork by 22 December to ensure it is processed in time.
Drivers who do not need their 2018 licence to race at Birmingham on 1 January, can hand in their paperwork at the Pit Office at Smeatharpe on 27 December.  To assist, please ensure the form, fee and photos are handed in, in a sealed envelope.

Bangers (including National Bangers)
To race at the 27 December meeting at Smeatharpe, drivers will need one of the following:
- a 2017 licence
- a Day licence
- a 2018 licence - see note below

A Day licence will cost £30.  Day licence drivers receive complimentary admission for Driver only.

A 2018 licence renewal will cost £60 up to 31 December, and £75 thereafter.  Full licence drivers receive complimentary admission for Driver Plus One.
Drivers  planning to race on 27 December at Smeatharpe with a 2018 licence, are encouraged to return their paperwork by 22 December to ensure it is processed in time.
