A Grand Entrance

Racegoers arriving at Smeatharpe Stadium for the BriSCA F2 World Championship on Saturday 14 September, can expect quite a welcome when the emerge from the turnstiles.  As part of a Grand Entrance, there will be two former World Final winning cars on display; the very last chance to buy tickets in the F2 Ben Fund Raffle; the very first opportunity to buy the 2014 Jho Charity Calendar for Macmillan Cancer Support; as well as some book signing by Scott Reeves, author of 'Keep Turning Left'.

The pair of F2 World Final winning cars are sure to evoke poignant memories for race fans - particularly those from the westcountry.  In addition to those two cars, another F2 World Final winning car from the past, will also be on special display in the pit area.

The Ben Fund raffle offers an exceptional prize - the chance to arrive and drive a BriSCA F2.

There has been much talk about the 2014 Jho Charity Calendar for Macmillan Cancer Support.  Alana, who gallantly took part in many of the photo shoots for the calendar, will also be present, and racegoers will have the opportunity to be photographed with her.

The book, 'Keep Turning Left' has received widespread acclaim.  With the 2012 World Final at Barford as its backdrop, it focuses on twelve highly significant drivers who took part in the race, and documents the highs and lows.  The book's author, Scott Reeves, will be signing copies of the book, and at various times during the course of Saturday afternoon, some of the drivers featured in the book, also plan to make themselves available to carry out some book signing.
